Nonlinear provided a comprehensive suite of services to ZiffyHomes, designed to establish a strong brand, optimize their product experience, and support their market entry.

Brand Identity Discovery and Design

The engagement began with Brand Identity Discovery, where Nonlinear delved into ZiffyHomes' core philosophy of community formation. This process culminated in a Brand Identity Discovery Report (BIDR) that defined the brand's vision, mission, voice, tone, essence, archetype, and target audience. This was followed by the creation of a comprehensive Brand Identity Style Guide (BISG), ensuring a consistent visual and verbal language across all touchpoints, from logo and typography to color palette and overall brand aesthetics.

Product Discovery and Design

Simultaneously, Nonlinear undertook Product Discovery and Design, with a strong focus on UI/UX design. This involved meticulously crafting the digital interfaces and user journeys that would enhance the living experience for young professionals, ensuring that the design not only matched the newly defined brand identity but also provided seamless access to services, community features, and support.

 To facilitate ZiffyHomes' market expansion and secure necessary funding, Nonlinear developed compelling Pitch Decks, including investor decks to attract potential capital and sales decks to engage partners and future residents.
