They offer a one-stop shop for streamlining operations by seamlessly connecting workers, assets, machines, and supply chains under a single infrastructure. Xconics provides tailored IIoT solutions for various industries, including real-time asset tracking, workforce monitoring, logistics surveillance, and machine management. Xconics offers options for customers to pay for their IoT solutions as operational expenses (OPEX) or as capital expenses (CAPEX). They also provide end-to-end service, including device installation, training, technical assistance, and device maintenance.

Brand Identity Discovery
Nonlinear conducted in-depth research to define Xconics' brand identity. This involved defining Xconics' brand vision, mission, voice, tone, essence, archetype, and audience. The findings were compiled into a Brand Identity Discovery Report (BIDR) to serve as a central reference for all future brand communication and product design. Nonlinear also developed a comprehensive style guide to ensure consistent brand representation. The style guide included the brand narrative, product narrative, logo, tagline, typography, and color palette, along with social media design templates and other brand assets such as visiting cards, letterheads, and merchandise design. Nonlinear collaborated with the Xconics team to redesign the website and product landing pages to align with the new brand identity.
