Radiogram was founded to modernize India’s outdated, film-based radiology workflows - a major bottleneck in diagnostic efficiency and healthcare access. With over 60 crore radiology exams conducted annually, analog systems were causing delays, limiting AI adoption, and failing patients. Radiogram envisioned a zero-cost, cloud-native imaging platform to digitize diagnostics, empower patients, and integrate AI. But to bring this vision to life, they needed more than product development - they needed a powerful brand identity, investor-ready materials, and a clear go-to-market strategy. Brand Identity Discovery & Design
Through leadership workshops and stakeholder mapping, Nonlinear defined Radiogram’s brand values, tone, positioning, and audience segments. These insights were codified into a Brand Identity Discovery Report (BIDR). A complete Brand Identity Style Guide (BISG) was also developed - including logo, palette, typography, tagline, and visual guidelines for digital and offline use.
