Context
Featsclub is a digital platform that empowers students and academy members to showcase and validate their non-academic achievements - spanning sports, performing arts, volunteering, and leadership. Initially launched as ESPAR, the platform faced challenges with a fragmented user experience, a dated visual identity, and low brand recall.
As the team prepared to launch in the U.S. and scale globally, they needed a strategic partner to revamp both their product experience and brand identity. That’s when they engaged Nonlinear.

Nonlinear began with deep stakeholder interviews, positioning workshops, and competitive mapping. This led to a bold new name - Featsclub - capturing the spirit of young achievers. A new visual identity system was created, scalable across digital assets, certificates, app icons, and institutional decks.

Product Design & UX Overhaul
Over 30 workflows were redesigned, including onboarding, profile setup, skill tracking, event creation, endorsement flows, and organization tools. Each sprint embedded usability testing to ensure real-world alignment. The design focused on modular components and intuitive navigation.

Go-to-Market Enablement
Nonlinear supported Featsclub’s public launch by creating app store visuals and compelling copy, developing a launch-ready website with clear calls to action, scripting targeted marketing messages, and refining institutional pitch decks. Additionally, a major UI/UX iteration was executed based on insights gathered from over 10 early testers, ensuring the product was aligned with user expectations and ready for scale.
